unsecured welcome loan/ppi argument
unsecured loan of 2000.00
i phoned welcome tonight about this agreement
they are willing to pay back the insurances and the intrest that was charged on it after 4 months of not paying and us both arguing back and forth.
i want back the PPIand medicare plus intrest on both that was added as i was missold. also agreement is void as ppi box and medicare box was not ticked even though i signed it.
this is the 966.75. not anything charged on top every month (as i really dont know how that works)
i said the contract was void and will take them to court as the boxes on the agreement was not ticked and they admitted it on phone. she going to get it sorted with area manager first.
im being charged interest
also is this right? i asked the woman if this loan would run just for the 24 months as it says on the agreement and she said yes. is this right? or is she conning me. not very good with money figures. because why im asking the medi care,(or pers/acc/plan as they also call it) on the sheet states 36 months???
