    Default PPI & Late Charges

    I am about to start claiming back the PPIicon from my credit cards and also the overlimit and late charges, should I claim them both together or as 2 seperate claims ?

    I would suggest claiming both together, otherwise the court may force the claims to be consolidated anyway.
