Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

i got a joint loan from black horse around 5 yrs ago then i got another loan off them around a yr later the first was for £2000 the second was around £600 the debt has since been passed to a debt collection agency to which we paid £40 per month, i know i was sold PPI but didnt have a clue about and it and think i probably qualify for for reclaiming but if it has been passed to a debt collection agency who to i sent the sra request to? and can i even claim because it has been passed to a third party? i still owe £2500 even tho i paid the debt for around 2 yrs at the rate of £156 per month then went down to £40 per month after we did not pay for a few month due to money troubles
Yes, of course you can claim.
Send your SAR to Black Horse, they might have sold the debt, but not the details.

I Wish you everything you wish yourself.
