    Default PPI-Do I have a case

    I was given a Credit Card when I opened a new bank account. I had never had a credit card before and did not know that the PPIicon was automatically included. I paid the minimum amount every month, but did not know that the PPI payment was not included in this and so the PPI made my card overdrawn - fee charged! I called several times and they said they would cancel the PPI for me, but never did. Do I have a case to claim charges?

    How naughty are they, I have just discovered after sending for a SARicon Creation Finance applied Accident/death cover, to my account, maybe they hoped I won't be legible to claim eh died

    As AFD has said, read up all about the process and reclaim back your PPIicon
