    Question A & L Pooh

    On the 6th June 2006 i sent a letter to the A & L to claim back bank charges made for missed D/D's. 13th June received a standard letter back advising that they was looking into it and how sorry they was that i was disappointed in their SERVICE.

    On the 22nd June 2006 second letter received stating that the OFT's decission was only about credit card companies and not banks...(plonkers) Even gave me eight weeks to reply lol.

    Will i suspect need some heavy threat and possibly a court action which i will keep you posted.

    When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
