Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi,
I parked at a local hospital today and when I returned to my car, I had a pcn on the windscreen. I was parked in a disabled bay with a blue badge yet the reasons on the notice are for
1/ Parking in a restricted area and
2/ Causing an obstruction to other users
I was fuming, until I read some of the excellent info on CAG. Even though it was only 4 hours ago, I can't recall who was driving The issuing company is CP Plus acting for Warwickshire Primary care Trust. No other vehicles around had a PCN although one of them had a notice on the screen informing the driver their car was parked inconsiderately (it was on hatching, and not in a bay). Thanks to some great information here, I'm not too bothered now, just annoyed I got one in the first place!
