Thread: PPI Terms and Conditions Help please

Hi Folks I'm new here, just returned from the war with the Banks over penalty charges, and I won 100% +
But now I have a big problem trying to get my PPI terms and conditions from - Barclaycard opened Acc Sept 2001. also Littlewoods which is in fact Barclay card as well opened Acc Nov 2002
Does any one have or know were I can get copies that were relavant at the time?
I am still seeking these through the usual channells ie. ICO etc.
Can any one be of help please?

I have all my statements left over from Penalty Charges
I now Know that "Littlewoods Cards" use their name as an alias for Barclaycard. Who, are ultimately Barclays Bank PLC when taken to Court.
I have witten to both twice (October and December last year 2007)
I informed the ICO in December 2007 that both have failed to provide me the T/Cs of my PPI
I sent requests 2nd Jan 2008 under the legislation contained within s.78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974 (s.78 (1). and included the statatory £1.00 fee
In December my Littlewoods Account was transfered to Carbot debt collection Agency as I am on a dmp
I have contacted Carbot who although are DEBT COLLECTERS seem very amicable and helpful more than can be said for the anking Businesses
It now seems I have to deal with Carbot who then forward my request to
Littlewoods/Barclaycard/ They want me to send them the DPA £10 fee
What should I do now to get my PPI T/Cs
Argos Cards and Argos LOANS have refunded my Insurance premiums + interest, as I was Ineligible to sold the Insurace as I was not Paying National Insurance Contributions as I was exempt as I was/am on a low Income, once I had provided them with the evidence they checked with Inland Revenue and paid straight away.
All I want is my T/Cs
