I recently had a part payment from Barclaycard, though I am still after the full amount, and unbeknown to myself, they lowered my limit by around £400.
Therefore, I accumulated more charges and wondered what I need to do in a situation where I want to effectively make a new claim and also claim the original amount sought.
Did you send a letter of Rejection when they sent you the part refund.
Have you started any Court action - if not, you can just add on the new charges and pursue BC for the full amount, less the refund if they let you keep it.
