    hi

    just checking you can still claim back even if the bank are taking you to court for ccj? - i didnt counter claim because i was scared but reading around i should'nt have been is too late?

    Hi Rivig,

    you can take the bank to court for charges etc, yes, but not for the CCJ. Unless you can find a VERY good reason to get a judge to allow the CCJ to be set asideicon and the action restarted.

    If you do mean the bank charges, then yes you can and you can get the information on here to do the SARicon etc.
