Hi Rivig,

you can take the bank to court for charges etc, yes, but not for the CCJ. Unless you can find a VERY good reason to get a judge to allow the CCJ to be set aside and the action restarted.

If you do mean the bank charges, then yes you can and you can get the information on here to do the SAR etc.
