    Default Bank Of Scotland

    New to this, can some one advise please : just about to start small claims case against BOSicon whose Head Office is in Scotland,am I able to use the English Court system,HM Court information says it can be used against "Companys in England and Wales".I live in kent and I have been dealing with offices in Cheshire and London.

    if you have an english address then yes you can claim in the
    english courts....

    If any one is interested in a little read,visit my basic web site for the on going saga with the Bank of Scotlandicon.Now I have found this site I feel more positive about court action against these "Giants".
