pls help! requested copy statements
, that said that the information was no longer held on the systems and administration fee was required of £10. and there was a form to fill out and you could request to pay by debit from my account, and that is what I asked to do and I sent my form off a couple of days later and nothing has happened, no money has been debited! and no copy statements have arrived, What should I do now?
