I have no water in my home it went off about 7pm tonight I have 3 young children dont know what to do.

Although I am not very familiar with this subject, I have done a little more research.

This from the Consumer Council for Water confirms that you cannot be cut off.

See how to complain here. Given the urgency of your situation I would phone both your water board and CCW.

Really sorry everyone panic over it has just come back on its really dirty tho they must have been working on it.
