Go through your statements one more time with a highlighter pen to check you have listed EVERY penalty fee. Then enter them all on the spreadsheet - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...eadsheets.html. This spready auto-updates the s.69 Statutory interest you will claim IF you have to file your claim at your local county court.
Once your spreadsheet's done, print it out WITHOUT the s.69 interest column and send off to BC with your Prelim Claim letter.
BC are settling these claims more readily now but they may still try and fob you off with an offer of less than you want. We'll deal with that in due course.

ive been on my internet banking this morning and barclaycard have refuned me £388.0 (refund late payments) so what will happen know do you think will get a letter in the post this week?
