Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
You'll need to view our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section - the one in red on the 'forum' front page.
Take as much time as you possibly can to read everything in there - it can take a while to get to grips with the process, but the more reading the better. You'll soon see exactly what you are supposed to do, and when to do it.
Best of luck with your claim
