Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Been charged £200 a time by a debt collection agency because I haven't currently arrange a payment scheme with them. They haven't actually taken any actions other than charge me £200 and then write to me about it. I don't have any contract with the agency because they where sold my debt by Boxcleaver.
Do you think it would be possible to recover these added charges?
In short unless there is something in the agreement with Boxclever allowing this then these charges are unlawful and should be referred to Trading Standards and the OFT.
