    Hi guys,

    Further to all the forums regarding calls from HSBC's call centre in India coming through as 0800 7838422 they now have a new trick as we all quite rightly in some cases ignore there calls and they know it!

    They will now call for a fraction of a second from 0151 934 8000 and then immediately from 0800 7838422 in the vain attempt that you might be a bit slow to realise.

    The 0151 934 8000 number I cannot trace!

    I am also concerned that these harrassment calls are sometimes coming before 9am in the morning. Doesn't the Banking Codeicon have guidelines about acceptable contact being from 9am to 9pm? If so, isn't this a breach?

    a friend of mine accidentally dialled a freephone number from his modem

    took him half an hour to realise his mistake
