Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Also like to wish the DCA's a miserable, stressful and financially painful 2008
Yes I also would like to wish all my creditors and their agents the worst possible Christmas and a truely financialy crippling New Year.
But may all you fellow CAG'ers enjoy the festive season to the full and may the New Year bring good health and prosperity to you all.
Many many thanks for all the help and advice the good people of this forum have given me over the last few months, long may it continue.

I won't demean myself by saying what I wish for the DCAs but I'm sure OFT has a lovely New Year surprise for them

I get a fresh start to get on with learning to live with severe disabilities when they could have had something if they'd been understanding...

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to everyone!
And, like Scrooge, the DCAs would all feel much better if they spread the seasons goodwill by writing off all the debt!

Echo that MB, to everyone here. xx
I hope that the DCAs that sometimes 'haunt' the forum might have a rethink about the job they're in. Hope they have a 'Scrooge Moment'. And look for something better to do with their lives next year.
Well, we live in hope!
We will not be intimidated.

VIVA CAG!!!
Wishing all a very Merry Christmas......well all CAGers, not the lowlife who are making most of our lives hell! A big thank you to those who have taken the time to assist me in particular
Nice one DMD クリスマス greetings to you too. Trouble is the Japanese don't celebrate Xmas as they are mostly Buddhists... I'm only on level 3 Kanji at the moment without resorting to Google!
Just wishing everyone on CAG a great Christmas and the VERY BEST for new. A BIG THANKS to everyone who has helped me along the dark, seedy DCA road so far, you know who you are. Without people like you guys and gals on here the world would be a more desperate, intimidating and I`m sure for some, a suicidal place to live. Keep up the work people, we need you.
