    I wholeheartedly second the unseasonal wishes to Moorcroft. May all of your bonuses be small ones and your Christmas dinner taste like sh*te.

    Now that one made me cough and splutter my tea all over the keyboard

    I whole heartedly agree with you Alan, may they all enjoy what they have left, because the claims they are having now and deny are only the tip of the iceburg.

    Merry xmas everyone and may we all have a more prosperous new year, but only at the expense of our creditors

    I do hope the enforcement authorities that are there to protect us and maintain the law have a new years resolution. That would be to do their job.

    I'll join in with this festive cheer too!

    Mr Halifaxicon - see you in court early in 2008. You made my life hell when I was weak, you phoned about 600 times from your pathetic autmoated dialler in the space of 4 months, and I made you pay me back just under £4000 in bank charges, with another £500 in visa charges, now you're going to pay back that rank rotten PPIicon you sold me that was never fit for purpose and under which I was NEVER eligible for your pathetic sickness and unemployment cover. Merry Christmas to you all at HX1 2RG - I hope Saint Nick leaves a stick and 2 bits of coal under your tree this year.

    Mr Sainsburys - you're about to get my first letter asking for my PPI back for the period from Dec 03 until now. I ticked a box that said 1 year, and you've charged me over £1K until now. And when you've recovered from that letter, the one asking for my £500 of visa charges should also hit your doormat.

    Merry chuffin' Xmas!

    Bank and credit card reclaims - £9,806
    Sainsburys CCA non-compliance with FOS;
    Natwest reclaim of £340 in progress;
    Egg credit card reclaim in progress

    And let's hope Santa uses his empty sack to dispose of even more CCA's on the way back home

    This year's victories - Halifax £1500, NatWest Business £1775 charge reclaims

    MBNAicon, ltsbicon, Abbeyicon, Barclaycard, Capital One - no CCAs at all - £26K
    GE storecard - invalid CCA - court proceedings withdrawn

    And of course finding time in the midst of all this to get my LLB

    Next year's projects:

    GE Sec Loan - £2000 of unlawful charges - paid the loan off in full this week - lbaicon sent today (almost two years to the day the repossession papers came!) A very special Merry Christmas wish has to go to GE Home Lending.

    GE Sec Loan - ERC of £2500 valid for entire term of loan - need to reclaim when the time is right

    LTSB Personal account - £1000 of charges to reclaim - in court probably

    Clydesdale - new DCAicon on the case this week - they owe me more than I owe them

    GE storecard 2 - court case pending - debatable CCA and missold PPI

    With many many thanks to everyone on here who has helped me and so many others fight back. Here's to another successful year.

    Not often I agree with someone when it may mount to harassment or libel.

    However on this occasion when moocowcrafting are being knocked down 100,00000 pegs I have to join in.

    May i wish everyone else apart from these and other DCAicon's and there staff a merry Christmas.
