Sorry to go off on one!!!!
Just had my latest telephone callfrom Halifax
firstly they never get my name right which really annoys me i get adelaide deliana adelly (my names adele)
I pay my minimum payment every month without fail but due to halifax`s very sneaky little slap an the hands i once got for been £20 over my limit im now over my limit by £400 and have been for 18 months or so now.
Having asked this chap if he could stop the halifaxes very high charges so i could pay my balance off, this chap seemed to have hearing difficulties because he kept asking for payment on the account,
He then asked to speak to someone else in the household that could make a payment on my behalf!
I said i,d make my minimum payment next month which he said isnt good enough
and i should consult a debt management
So enoughs enough im going to send off and plan to get everything I can!
Just worried in the meantime that they will call in the debt management
