Data Protection Act reply received 24/6, full statements and a hand signed letter from Mrs M Carpenter, Data Protection Office (Credit Card Operations, Southend). Totals £117 charges which is less than I thought but hey-ho its still my money.

Interesting letter from them considering is was in reply only to the template DPA request, looks like they won't attempt the 'its a service charge' angle. Apologies if its been posted already but it goes...
