    Hi all,

    Well this is claim number 2.

    Have erecieved all statements today and we have the sum of £341.

    Will be sending the prelim letter off on monday so will keep you updated.

    When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.

    Sent the lbaicon off yesterday 3rd, few days late but been busy at home

    Wait to see what they say now. Sent it recorded as we have had no correspondence what so ever from them regarding the previous letter :/
