Default Any point in sending in the letter?

    Hey,

I wrote out a letter to apply for my statements to get the charges on my account.

I read here a while back that A&L aren't refunding any right now until a court case is over, is that still the case?

If I did send in the letter with my amount owed, is it likely to get this processed and get the money back at this stage?

    Thanks

Did you send the standard SARicon request? If you did they have to reply to that with all the relevant information you require. I recall reading elsewhere on the forum that even though there is the test case placing all others on hold that you should still go ahead and file your charges claim. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Hi, John.

    deb4tlj is correct.

You need to get yourself in the system, continue with your claim.

The test case is in January so in any event it would be good to have your list of charges before then
