    Default Welcome SAR

    I have eventually got my stuff through and the cost of the PPIicon is frightening! This is now my 3rd loan with Welcome (stupid I know!) and the cost for the PPI etc on this current agreement is £875.90 and my last 2 agreements were £463.53 and £395.61!!
    I have written to them and asked them to cancel the PPI on my current agreement and to refund it but as of yet no reply! What is the best way of trying to claim back the other 2 amounts?

    Write and ask them. They will refuse. You then either go to the fosicon or sue them.

    Do the figures you quote include interesticon?
    Why do you consider they were missoldicon?
    Are you aware that you can add interest to the amounts they have taken?
