I'm logged in under an assumed name because Natwest stated that I shouldn't talk about this, and I'm just being cautious.
They recently paid me the full amount of £XXX's. It got to the stage where they had stated that they were defending but then several days later they paid out.
When I first came on these forums the thought of going to court terrified me, but the more I read, the more I found courage from the support and advice given here.
Thanks to those who set this site up and run it, and to everyone who gives their time to help others.
I have donated £30, as 5% of such a small settlement does not seem enough.
