I'm going to move your thread to the PPI forum, but to start you off here's a template for a PPI S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) just adapt it to suit. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/payment-protection-insurance-ppi/118145-r-subject-access-request.html

Is there anyone who can send me templates of the following:

1. S.A.R - (Subject Access Request)

2. Prelim letter

3. LBA letter

Court or FOS

Along with time scales of when to send?

Thanks.

Hello Misses,

Rory has now moved you to the ppi forum, so a big welcome to you.

You firstly need to send your SAR to them and give them 40days to comply. Send a postal order and send it recorded delivery. Keep all receipts. Any letters sent, you need to copy and keep in a file. Also keep all copies of letters you received from them. It saves time hunting around for everything later.

Then unfortunately you have to wait for the information to comes

Once you get the info, you need to check they have sent it all. They do seem to have a habit of not mentioning the ppi. If they donl't sent it or not enough info, send them a Non-compliance letter, you will find it in the bank template letters sticky on the main page of the forum.

Get your figures and work out using a spreadsheet to calculate the interest of top of what you wish to reclaim.

Send the prelim letter asking for it back, there are a few kicking about the site, giving them 14days, if not paying the game, then sent the lba giving them an another 14days, if still no joy.

You options are fos if loan taken out after regulation by the FSA (2005) or court.

If you need help with anything, just shout.
