Iam one of the many caught waiting for the test case results for my £2700, my question is Iam emigrating in Feb , so if i close my accounts down will i still be able to claim...? and if iam not even in the country will i have to make a court apperance....? And my last worry is that if Lloyds get a sniff that iam 13,000 miles away they are more than likely play up big time....any ideas cheers Graham
