happy to be part of this revolutionary group.
i understand pretty much everythng. one think that is not clear is :
1) how much will I have to pay for Court charges? Is it 100 pounds for claims over 600quid?
2) i am a student. i have recieved legal aid before. is the exemptions form for the small claims court pretty much the same as asking legal aid? i. will i get legal aid if i m a student with only 600pounds going in every month from home?
