Discretion is exercised ONLY if you kneel at the alter of supplication in self abasement. If like me, you don't then they punish you for speaking aloud. In my 60 seconds case they did so without success.
I had the same in April 2006 that ended by my taking them to court in Dec 2006, showing twenty contradictions, and as many false representations. The first hearing cost them just under £4k in costs. They palliated and lied their way throughout the whole brief traversal, and the case has yet to be heard. They were given notice last week to approach meand deliver me all the rights breached in 17 statutes that were part of the claim.
The 700 page case first part bundle one is being published soon, I was waiting for a response, but of course in true character, eight recipients; MP, Mayor, CEO downwards, have not sent me a reply that has been received????? NOTE the distinction.

for a 1min overstay, can anyone advice on any minimun time allowance or tolerance in this kind of maters?
