Bus Lane PCN - Notice arrival date and questioning time of offence
Regarding a pcn issued by London Borough of Tower Hamlets, for being in a bus lane.
1) Can I ask for evidence of the correct callibration of the road-side camera's clock? The offence was timed less than 3 minutes before the restriction expires. My car's clock suggested that I was just OK to be in the bus lane at this time.
2) Is there a statuary time within which a PCN should be issued?
Is it true that a PCN should be delivered within 14 days?
I received this PCN for being in a bus lane. The offence took place on 24.11.07 and the letter arrived 12.12.07.
