    Default illegal parking ticket help needed

    hi all,recd a parking ticketicon today whilst in a council car park..overstayed by 6 minutes yuk ( £100.00 fine joke )....i am pretty sure that this is not valid ( enclosing a scan for you experts to look over )..some quick questions...
    there is no appeal section anywhere on the ticket..is that allowed...
    do i pay the fine before appealing or appeal without paying..
    also are there any templates for correct wording for sending an appeal letter..thanks paul

    i am unable to add an attachment any ideas anyone..if you want to see the ticket i can email it to you if you agree to of course....paul
