Hi guys, Im after some help/advice

Last year i succsessfully claimed back 5 years worth of charges from RBS,

Now a year on, i have had over £200 worth of charges taken in the last 3 months.

Just wondering what my chances are of claiming these back, has anyone managed to get there charges back twice from these cowboys??

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,

Daz

There shouldn't be any problem with you reclaiming a second time. As you are in Scotland there may or may not be a sist applied to the case if you have to go to court. This seems to depend on which sheriff is dealing with the case.

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?
