i recently sent SAR to ge money, and they sent only details of letters sent out from computer, copies of several computer screens that have been blacked out after printing.
The blacked out part is a commision figure.
I have replied that info requested is incomplete, and i highlighted specific documents on a copy of my SAR, i then got phone call from them saying we have complied all we have to, but if u want something specific we will try to get it, we dont have aggreeements/applications on computer they are paper files we have to request to see if we can get the info 4 u.
I also told them i want all info relating to insurance.

Thankyou Alan, i thought so, hopfully i will now get the info, but i wont hold my breath whilst waiting! They obviously know what i want and dont want to give it if possible.

I would have a chat with the Information Commissioners office, the may ask you to make formal complaint - but sometimes they will give the company a nudge.
