I this morning phoned them back and they were an organisation offering to send me thier "legal document" top allow me to claim back more than 6 years bank charges for the measly price of £39
There are numerous companies on the internet and in the press offering to do this. You should really do it yourself with the tried and tested procedures from this site.
The other thing is, the bank charges test case is kicking off in January, so that company won't be able to get your charges back before then.
