Hi, as above I have a few questions relating to post OFT court action
1) The banks are now using standard template letter to advise about the OFT action and that if a claim is made that they will immediately apply for a stay - Does that mean that we won't have to send a letter before claim now that they have made the position clear early on?
2) The stay grounds has a piece on Llyods TSB - What if you bank is another bank, do we still put that in or should it be amended to the bank we are with?
tremont I would still follow the procedure that is on here and issuue the lba as you still have to give the banks warning that you will be taking them to court.
The grounds for objecting to stay template letter is just what that a template and as such should be amended to suit each individual case.
Hope that helps

Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)
