HI my friend has received a letter from Monarch Recoveries stating FINAL WARNING, threatening legal proceedings regarding arrears on a secured loan. Can she send a CCA request for this one? Thanks

I have just discovered that Monarch Recoveries share the same address as the secured loan company, Blenheim, so an in-house recovery team. The arrears, for which Monarch have been paid, and put in writing to say this, is what Monarch are chasing for and also charging for the privilege to the tune of £35. So is this a simple case of copying Monarch in to the letter from Blenheim stating the arrears payment and threatening further action to TS if they continue in this vein?
Thanks
