    Default Lloyds roll over on PPI request!

    Wrote template letter from this site on 29 Sep for 3 business bank loans requesting refund of premiums plus interesticon at the rate charged at the time due to being under the impression that I couldn't have the loan without the insurance. Lloydsicon can't find all the information they need to process my enquiry so as a gesture of goodwillicon they are refunding what I requested! (Luckily for some reason I had kept all my loan documents - pity they are not so organised:grin: !) I have to say their insurance department have been very pleasant and helpful and kept me updated by phone as well as letter - it only took 1 letter from me so to others who are considering this, please take heart - it does work!

    NatWest Claimed £1,639. Accepted £1,344.
    Natwest Paid me again as GOGW £1,656. Yes they can have it back if they say please.
    Barclays 1 Claimed £1,260. Won by default. Paid in full
    Barclays 2 Claimed £2,378. Won by default. Paid in full
    Birmingham Midshires. Claimed £2,122. Accepted £2,075.

    Thanks for posting up your excellent news, It gives us all encouragement in our own little disputes.

    I have found that these companies are rather complaicent with the information that they should have, because they never thought customers would rebel:o serves them right

    I had a simular result with them paying back PPIicon. My friend has a medical issue, and after one letter, they paid him back in full. Over £2000 with interesticon.
