    Default Dorrisfluffy v LLoyds ppi

    Hello

    Finally today I recieved my statements for my two loan accounts with Lloydsicon which have PPI on them. I sent my first letter in March this year! I had to continually hassle the Ombudsmanicon. Lloyds cashed my £10 cheque in April and kept insisting they'd sent the statements even though they didn't even bother to correspond with me only the ombudsman.
    Now i've got them I'm not sure where I go from here. Do I need copies of my agreements? I've read though lots of posts but can't seem to find the answer. Also what sort of letter do I send first?
