Default cash Back claim - One stop phone shop

    Hi there

I have sent the necessary documents to above company within one month of time. I got letter from One stop phone shop that residence address is not as per their records, after 14 days from receipt of my letter.

After sending the letter initially, I talked to them on phone for confirmation. They informed me after one week time that documents are in order and i can expect the claim within 14 days time. But within week time, I got above letter the address is not as per their records.

In fact my new address is already on my invoice and i sent it by recorded delivery. Even on phone, I replied all the security questions and mention my new and old address.

After receiving the letter, i sent copy of land line bill (less than 1 month old), water bill and council tax bill. They returned all documents back stating the address is not as per their records. they did not mention about receipt of my above documents. their letter is the same as they sent me 1st letter. Even they stamped all the documents / proof of address with date.

Then i inquired on phone again and explained that you have stamped the landline bill which is less than 3 months. they asked me to fax copy of the Invoice along with land line bill.

Ok. I faxed both documents and got fax confirmation as well. Again I called them next day and inquired whether they have received my fax or not. to my surprise they told - they have not received it at all. Now they asked me to send Email ....... I told, i dont have any confidence because you are lying.. I dont believe them and i can not send same documents for 4th time.

I think they are giving excuses for non payments. I want to take them to court. Is there any way, I can ask for compensation for telling lie, mental stress, breach of contract - directly from lawyer?? Can I lodge Police complaint for breach of trust, making people fool ?? How can we take them to media and public awareness?

What will be approximate cost, if i take legal actions and go to court?

I have the proof of landline bill along with their stamp and confirmation of fax......

This is second time, with the same company. In early case, before 12 months, they also denied stating they have not received my documents, which i sent thru 2nd class.

I understand they will throw the documents, which sent thru ordinary post and giving excuses for non payments. By that they make their customers fool.....

Any suggestions / format for legal actions will be highly appreciated.

    Regards

    Amar Shah

Default Re: cash Back claim - One stop phone shop

    Hi there

Is there anyway, we can take legal action against so called fraud from intermediate companies like e2save, onestopphoneshop for misguiding the people and giving excuses for non payment?

Is there any way affected people come together (just like bank charges) and expose them publicly so that more people will not be affected.

    Any views...... suggestions.........ideas .........legal actions....

    Regards
