    Default lloyds TSB loan

    my wife was given a loan on the strenth of my bank account at the time since than i have become bankroupt and at the time she only had a 2 year visa to stay in england because she is from thailand i strongly believe after speak to the bank i think this is not corect and illegal can you give me advice on this matter please.
