Egg CCA for OH signed by me?????q

Hi

Just a quick question - years ago I applied for a card for my OH I signed the agreement for him and today I have just received a copy of that agreement that is signed by me for him (i e not his signature icon

but me writing his name)- is that something to query or would it amount to fraud - even though he knew I had done it?????

I requested the CCA - they sent it back I signed it as he was working and i wanted to get it back in the post

I requested the CCA and when it came back it had his name written by me not his signature icon

Well joking aside I know of a case that was lost by YB because of the same reason and they lost at court because the signature icon

was not the borrowers. Maybe I should have said that first....

which I think is considered by HM constabulary as "fraud".
