    Default Picture Loan PPI Update

    I know that there have been some people on this forum who have had issues with Picture so I thought I would update you on our situation.

    Our case went to the Financial Ombudsmanicon and we received a letter this weekend from the adjudicator to say that although she upheld our complaint, Picture are unwilling to accept her decision so it now has to be considered by one of the ombudsmen for a final decision to be made.

    Obviously we are disappointed as the complaint will now be considered afresh but we firmly believe that we were mis-soldicon the policy so we can only hope that the ombudsman will reach the same conclusion.

    Apparently there are a considerable number of cases awaiting the attention of the ombudsman so it will probably be a while before we get further news. I will keep you all updated though.

    We aren't surprised that Picture are fighting to the bitter end as they have shown such arrogance throughout this whole process.

    Still, fingers crossed it will make our success even sweeter!! :grin:
