basicaly last year i was stopped twice in 2 days and car conviscated on the llast one for driving on an expired license.. i hadnt sent my pass results off oh:
anyway i had my ban and sat it out etc... i have now recently passed my test again.. and havent even started driving as im saving for the deposit as its quite hefty, then today came a nice summons to apper in court for no license and void insurance because i dint hold a full uk license etc...
i know os someone who was in the same position more or less and had a short term ban... 2 mths and he got his license back without re-sitting
what do you think my chances are? i spoke to a solicitor and he said hopefully they will be leanient as ive passed my test etc..

You need to go onto www.pepipoo.com fro more specialised advice.
Plenty of top people on there that can give more info, but a word of warning, you will need to give them a lot more info than that, specifically dates and offence codes etc, as well as scanning the documents received and posting them up.
