I am about to start against Bank of Scotland to reclaim all my charges, only thing is, my account is a business one and I don't see anything relating to that. I havent added it up over the last 6years but I guess it will exceed 6,000. Could anyone advise me if there is any different proceedure if it is a business account.
Make sure you only claim for unlawful penalty charges, not services. Make sure if you have deducted this as a taxable allowance that you declare the refund once you get it in your accounts.
