    Unhappy Notice of possession PLEASE HELP

    Hi

    I have today received a letter to the occupier of the house(which is me) to advise me that NOTICE OF POSSESSION PROCEEDINGS as begun. This has come from a loan company, I am guessing he must have a loan on the house. It has given me details of when my landlord is to attend at court. what does this mean for me?? Any help or advice would be helpful
