Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Hmmm well my two pennorth for what it's worth, is that these people who went on to have suicidal tendencies were already having mental health problems before starting on Champix
For the majority of people taking it (myself included) have found it to be a miracle drug with only a few unpleasant side effects which are bearable given the benefits of giving up cigarettes

Was on this for a couple of weeks - terrible. Headaches, chucking up, dizziness. And it didn't really make me want to stop. And no it wasn't a hangover!
My GP won't let you have Champix if you have previously had any documented form of psychiatric illness as it is known to lead to suicidal thoughts in this type of patient.
So far I've come down from 20 a day to 3 a day, and am finding the need to have a smoke decreasing, no longer finding that I want to smoke.
The downside has been the side effects - very bad, constant nausea, headaches, tiredness, insomnia and abnormal dreams. Some of the dreams have been very weird and some XXX rated (or is that just me??? ).

No - not you. My dreams are normally weird. On champix, well, down right loony (hough some say my usual dreams are that anyway. A favorite, less bizarre one is being chased by daleks in my mum's old workplace, only to turn a corner and find myself, as though normal, sitting down at a desk reading some daft textbook, then waking up (in the dream) and then to wake up in reality.
i had to stop because i have had a triple cardio operation to my stomach and legs ive already lost one sister through the same vascular disease i am back in hospital monday as the op has not taken ,before i forget my sister had both legs amputated but this led to her dying on the op table when they removed her other leg.....when your veins narrow and your legs get tired and sore take this as a warning the collapse of these veins can and more than likely do lead to gangarine so take heed quit the fags

Some have involved bunnies with axes that have been chasing me around Asda. Others, if I could have filmed them, would make a fortune in the porn industry if they passed censorship......
The worst of the side effects has to be the insomnia.
I had to come off them due to ending up with IBS with them.
Didnlt have any problems before hand but after a couple of weeks on them my stomach packed in and now have ongoing trouble.
Sisnlt have any problem with sleeping or headaches or anything
<--------still smoke!

But as regards the question of symptoms down to nicotine withdrawal, I have never experienced before when stopping smoking what I experienced with Champix.
I think it's one of them- works for some but not for others.
And I think a common problem with a lot of smoker is this:
"I wish I didn't smoke - it's just the stopping that's the problem".
16 months for me now, unfortunately ive just started a little job where i am in constant contact with 2 chain smokers aaarrrggghhh!!!!
It's not that i want to smoke, i dont, but it makes me stink!!!
