I am with Barclays ( mastercard )since last year and my credit limit is £1000 and my balance is around £940, i have never missed any payment but most of the time i was doing minimum payment and that is killing me now because it does not seems to be finish.

There are many factors that would play a part in any future applications, your overall indebtedness being one, your repayment history with any and all creditors, your salary etc etc, so it would not really be possible for anyone here to give an answer on your 'chances' part.
If your credit status is very good, then why not search around for the best deal to shift your debts and save you a few quid in the bargain?

If your credit rating is poor or you are experiencing some difficulties at the moment, agencies like the CCCS can give free advice about how best to deal with them.

Also, having just been turned down for a credit card, applying for another one straight away reduces your chances of being accepted. Certainly if you are turned down for this one you may wish to leave it for at least 6 months before making another application.
