I was waiting for someone to comment on that. Yes I'm sure - cause although the guy in the song won - many others are still fighting Lloyds and are currently losing due to the waiver and test case. I stand by my thread title.
but they will lose eventually.............wh en people start singing about the injustices of the retail banking system then the end is in sight. You couldn't get better PR than this for the anti charges cause.
HI alecmac I hope you are right. How come Barclays didn't get a mention? What exactly are these meetings? sorry to sound ignorant but I hadn't heard of meetings before, val
Hi everyone its Joemarket again. I am still having problems reclaiming my PPI from Capital One. So far I have received a letter plus a copy of what seems to look like their current terms and conditions guiding the issue of credit cards. This is in response to the CCA (which indicates my acceptance to take out PPI on my credit card) request I made in July 2007. They have stopped deductions of PPI from my account not with my concent. I am not sure what to do next. Can I go to the court to reclaim monies that has been wrongfully taken from me?
I've paid for the download but its a shame that the website isn't actually working for me to get it. I don't necessarily want a copy of the song but apparently I need to download it for it to count.

I had trouble downloading it but got there in the end.... did you get a pin no? you could try moneysaving website and just type in your mobile no my bro did it that way.
I did try that first of all sytra, but that didn't work either. I must say I'm not filled with confidence to see 'powered by last.fm' up on tunetribe. I've struggled to use that site too on many an occasion.
I will try from work tomorrow, perhaps it will be quieter then.

I was having problems earlier on, in fact just after I got my text. I kept getting a message basically telling me that the order wasn't found for my mobile no. But I kept trying & got there in the end.
If there is anyone who has been having problems with trying to download the song "I fought the Lloyds"please don't give up trying, it took me a few attempts to download my copy, but I got there in the end.
There has been a lot of people who have had the same problem, so there must be a big demand, & considering that, I reckon it'll reach No. 1 in no time, but you have to download it for it to count.
Does anyone have any idea as to how many copies have been downloaded so far??
downloaded last night my phone gave me the www. above to download,it worked first time. am emailing some family members in the hope of bringing more awaremess outside? val.
