Thread: County Court Claim

Hi

I am preparing a claim against IF for credit card charges applied to my account.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the claims procedure is the same as they are based in Scotland.

Can i claim through my county court or does it have to be one in Scotland?

I tried using money claim online but it only covers England and Wales.

Yes

I tried using money claim online but it only covers England and Wales.

TBH it's best to claim via your local county court rather than MCOL anyway, since there are no space limitations for your POC's

Would it be Halifax head office i sent the claim to with IF been a division of them?
