hi guys
i am new to this forum and i am currenlt always on the PPI forum, its a long story and will try not to bore you with all the details but i'm at a stage now where i am looking at the court route and need to be sure i am doing it right.
i took out 4 loans with a broker, ocean finance, all of which had ppi attached to them, which was blatently mis sold for lots of different reasons, basically the fos will only look at one of them as the others fall outside the date in which they can help. i have spoken to the fos on the phone and they agree it should be ocean i deal with and not the loan companies, all my documentation has gone off to the fos for the one they can help with but have yet to have a reply from them.
i have had my final response from ocean to say get stuffed basically you're getting nothing from us and feel free to take us to court, in not so many words.
so after all that waffling what i need to know from the experts on here is it ocean i pursue or the loan companies??????????
any help no matter how small would be greatly appreciated.
sorry i think i may have posted this in the wrong forum if so i apologise and if i have could someone let me know and i will post it in the legalities forum, i think this is where i was supposed to put it.
