Hello all, I have recently requested a list of all charges on my account from 2002 (When I opened the account). I will be fighting to the end as well. However, has anyone been through this process with intelligent Finance and what were your experiences.
just had my claim served against if. i went for current account, credit card and loan all in one and just added the whole lot together.
they answered every letter and on the second one offered half the charges back, although the figure they quoted was wrong, they should change their name to unintelligent finance!!! just waiting to see if court will get the whole lot back.
just stick to your guns and ignore their nonsense.
